You know... you learn a lot of strange things about your neighbors on holidays...

I learned that they are insane pyromaniacs. You know, it wasn't that bad when they alomost set another neighbor's house on fire, almost made their own car explode, set a bush on fire, threw the fireworks up in the air, stacked the fireworks thus making a "Fire Jenga" (this is now copyrighted to my neighbor's wife XD) which caught fire again, began to throw the small fireworks at the other's feet, or threw a smoke bomb directly at their audience which ended up almost hitting my mom and catching their lawn on fire.

No, that wasn't so bad... I think what really got me was the fact that they lit half of the fireworks /over/ the pile of the other fireworks letting the sparks get way too close for comfort to the flammable objects that were in front of us.

I guess I should have known something was up when their own children went inside and watched from the window...

Also, apparently, my neighbor doesn't mind if he sets his shirt on fire or his crotch. Yes, this was a very interesting Independence Day this year...
